I began this project by experimenting with 3D printing and fabric manipulation. I printed various objects that represent nature and, separately, used a sewing machine to create different patterns, directions, and shapes. The intention of the object was to depict a valley, but it ended up resembling a computer circuit board, which inspired the theme of artificial intelligence. Drawing inspiration from the threads, I used cross-stitches to reinforce the connections in the circuit board pattern. These stitches also symbolize the human aspect of the collaboration between AI and humans; we are all interconnected and unified.
